o 2) 4DB Afternoons 1pm to 6pm § Present a fully pre-recorded afternoon shift on 4 DB 1629 AM Dalby. (via Network computer) § Read local information and country music news to go with the station’s 100% Country format.
o 3) 4VL Afternoons 2pm to 6pm § Present an afternoon show on 4VL, 918am Charleville, 1584am Cunnamulla & 96.5 FM Quilpie § Read local information, show liners and Weather for the evening.
o 4) Network Music Director § Responsible for Music on all three Pinecam Pty. Ltd stations – 4VL, 4DB and Triple C FM § Must liaise with the GM every 3 days on the progress of music on all stations. § Responsible for operating Natural Music. § Responsible for the complete restructure of music on all three stations. § Responsible for the task of easing back on the content of Country Music on 4VL to then replace it with a more Gold/AC favorable format. § Must keep update with the movements of other stations on their selection of Current and Country music. § Must give monthly report to GM and Owner, plus record companies on the progress of music on all three stations. § Must reply to record companies on their priorities.
o 5) Programming Assistant § Solely responsible for the re-launch of 101.7 Triple C FM. § Introducing New Programs Cybershack, Planet Rock and Smash Hits Radio to Triple C FM. § Solely responsible for the complete re-structure of the program on Triple C FM § Introduced a Country Rock Party program to Saturday Nights on 4DB § Involved in key discussions and responsible for introducing new programs and format for 4VL. § Responsible for keeping the station’s Natural Music Clocks up to date. § Responsible for entering all MCM (and Likewise programs) from CD into the Wave station computer program.
o 6) Production § Responsible for producing all commercials that go to air on 4VL, 4DB and Triple C FM. § Operating Cool Edit Pro. § Responsible for new sweepers on Triple C FM. 4VL and 4DB § Produced, wrote and hosted Split Enz Special on 4VL and produced specials on Lee Kernaghan, Adam Harvey, Mental as anything and many more. § Responsible for mixing station and program promos.
o 7) Copywriting § On certain occasions will be called upon to write commercials.
o 8) Promotions § Liaise with GM on promotional campaigns for up to three months ahead. § Hosting & acting as DJ for Triple C FM Blue Light Disco’s. § Responsible for planning CD giveaways at least two months in advance.
